Key Responsibilities
- Build multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI
- Design and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases
- Fine-tune LLMs on proprietary data using PyTorch and Hugging Face
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing client applications and workflows
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and evaluate new tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on machine learning or applied AI experience
- Strong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, and agentic frameworks
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Support senior consultants in helping clients align technology investment with business goals. You will assist with assessments, contribute to roadmaps, and develop your skills across digital transformation engagements.

- Assist with current-state IT assessments, gap analyses, and risk reviews
- Help develop technology roadmaps aligned to clients' strategic priorities
- Prepare materials for stakeholder workshops and executive presentations
- Research vendors and support technology procurement recommendations
- Document findings, decisions, and delivery progress across engagements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Genuine interest in enterprise technology and digital transformation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex information
- Exposure to cloud, M365, or enterprise applications is a plus
